Childcare Choices
From March 2017 the Government introduced Childcare Choices. Childcare Choices brings together all the government childcare offers for the first time, helping parents find the right childcare support to suit them. As part of Childcare Choices the Government are introducing two new offers in 2017 – Tax-Free Childcare, which will be introduced on 28 April 2017 and gradually rolled out, and the 30 hour Offer, available from September 2017. The Childcare Choices website provides information on the new and existing Government childcare offers. Playmates Childrens Day Nursery is registered with Childcare Choices as a provider.

Child Tax Credits You may qualify for Child Tax Credits, please see HMRC and search "Child Tax Credits". Help with childcare costs For further information on what help you can receive, including possible help when studying please see www.gov.uk and search "help with childcare costs". 2 year old funded places You may qualify for 570 hours spread over a year of funded hours for your two year old. To see if you do qualify please see northamptonshire.gov.uk Select "e" from the a-z listing. Then select "early years and childcare". When on this page click on “free childcare for 2,3 or 4 year olds”. Here you will find more information and an online eligibility checker . This will allow you to check your eligibility and also give you a code, that you provide to your nursery to access funding. There is also other information on the "early years and childcare" page that you may find interesting. 3-4 year old Every 3-4 year old is entitled to 570 funded hours at nursery, you may also be eligible for the 30 hour offer.
